What you purchase. The founding offer costs US$39 once, plus applicable tax and provides lifetime GunterChart access on five PCs, with all future GunterChart updates included. It is limited to 500 founding licences. Later subscription offers and beta price reviews apply to later purchases; they do not convert your founding purchase to recurring billing or remove its purchased benefits. No sold/remaining quantity is stated here. Applicable tax and the final total are shown at checkout. Checkout may display a local-currency price including a conversion fee. Purchases are available only in supported checkout countries; tax coverage is not worldwide.
Requirements and delivery. GunterChart runs inside MetaTrader 5 on Windows, with a separate Windows Helper. Review Setup and requirements and Known issues before purchase. After payment is verified, we provide a licence email and a Helper download link. Download Helper on the intended Windows PC, activate using the emailed code, select your intended MT5 terminal and install GunterChart. A payment-return page alone is not confirmation of purchase or activation. Checkout expires after 24 hours; an expired checkout and an expiring download link do not shorten purchased lifetime access. Do not pay again while a payment outcome is uncertain—contact support.
Ownership and verification. Lifetime ownership is distinct from periodic online verification. Checks run daily at 22:15 Europe/London, catching up when MT5 is running and online. Verification lasts seven days from the last successful authenticated check. After that, including during a server outage, new-risk actions may pause; closing, cancelling and risk-reducing controls remain available. There is no indefinite offline access. A valid lifetime owner returning after months away can renew verification online without repurchasing. This does not reactivate a refunded or otherwise validly revoked licence.
Five-PC access and recovery. The allowance is five PCs, not five total uses or a subscription. Keep your licence code private. Contact support before recovery involving a lost PC, changed installation identity or inaccessible purchase mailbox. We verify purchase ownership before acting.
Refunds and support. Our 14-day voluntary full-refund promise is set out on Refunds. It does not limit statutory rights or Link/Stripe’s authority to issue refunds under the applicable payment policies, including outside that window. Alpha and trading risk. GunterChart is alpha software. Review its current limitations and start in a DEMO environment. It is a manual workspace, not a signal service or autonomous trader; you choose whether, when and how to trade. No profit, trading outcome, universal broker compatibility or uninterrupted service is promised. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy. Read Privacy for how purchase, licence, installation and support information is used. Purchase and setup messages do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
