Current alpha packages: GunterChart v234 and Helper v27. In a separate Stripe TEST journey, the licence-admission fix passed checkout, delivered email, protected download, Helper activation, signed manual installation and native licence renewal in an isolated Windows/MT5 environment. These test results are not evidence of a completed live customer purchase through the current normal installation path. This does not establish compatibility with every broker, PC or display, or a successful live-money trade.
- MT5 shutdown: an intermittent stack-overflow failure during shutdown remains under investigation. A clean shutdown in one test does not establish that this issue is fixed. If it occurs, preserve the logs and contact support.
- Older Helpers: Helper v27 includes verified licensing configuration for legacy EXE-only upgrades. For a fresh installation, extract the complete official ZIP and retain its configuration files. An extracted copy can open an older installed Helper; follow the update instructions before installing the chart app. Preserve settings and licence files, and contact support if activation or migration fails.
- Offline verification: after seven days without a successful authenticated check, new-risk actions can pause until verification succeeds. This also applies during a service outage; lifetime ownership does not provide indefinite offline access.
GunterChart is alpha software. Features and behavior can change; start in DEMO and check the release notes and requirements for your actual version. Universal broker, PC, display or portable-installation compatibility is not guaranteed. Installation or signature verification alone does not establish live-use acceptance.
If a download, activation, chart setup or recovery step fails, preserve working files/settings and contact support with the exact result. Do not bypass security checks or use an unverified legacy workaround.
