Your Windows Helper
Download the ZIP and extract it. Open only the Helper file deliberately downloaded here. If Windows says “Windows protected your PC” because the app is not recognised, select “More info”, check that the file is the expected GunterChart Helper, then “Run anyway” only if you trust this download. For malware alerts, unexpected files, connection or certificate failures, or an unavailable “Run anyway” option, stop and contact support. Do not turn off protection software.
- Open the downloaded Helper, enter the licence code from your purchase email and select Activate.
- Select your intended MT5 terminal, then Install GunterChart.
- Open that terminal and start on a demo account.

What is GunterChart?
GunterChart is a charting and manual trading plugin for MetaTrader 5. It brings drawing tools, chart organisation, risk sizing and manual trade controls into a workspace built around how you trade.
Which platforms does it work on?
GunterChart is available for MetaTrader 5 on Windows. macOS has not been tested. See setup and requirements.
How do I install it?
After checkout, your email contains a licence code and Windows Helper download. Extract the ZIP, open Helper, activate your licence and select your MT5 terminal to install GunterChart.
How many computers can I use it on?
Your licence covers up to five PCs. If you replace a computer or need help recovering access, contact support.
What does founding access include?
US$39 buys lifetime access on up to five PCs, including all future updates. There are 500 founding licences in total. After they are sold, new purchases will move to monthly plans; founding licences keep their lifetime benefits.
Can I use it for live trading?
Tomas, GunterChart’s creator, uses it daily in his own trading. It is currently an alpha release, and experience can vary by broker and setup. You can explore it on a demo account first. See the known issues.
Can I request a refund?
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after downloading or trying GunterChart. See the refund policy.
